2. Journal. Retrograde Mercury is great for writing, an internal process. In Scorpio – you may pen the next dark romance novel in the next two weeks.
3. Breathe. Mercury rules the lungs and if you do any breathwork, now is the time for it..
4. Chant. Sacred speech is on the plate between November 24 – December 13 .

Thank you for remember mercury retrograde! Really I had opportunity to experience 10 days without any talking and after that my mind was very clear, I could feel how we burned energy with wrong words in wrong time (squarrels, etc..) Wow: in the past 2 wks 2 people both born 11/30 (Scorpio in vedic) have brought about big moves and changes in my life. One will be teaming up with my brother in cross country truck driving and the other one just gave me a complete computer system plus programs and books/ I had put transcribing very valuable audio tape lectures aside because my own computer hard drive had crashed and burned and I have not had the cash to retrieve the work I already had done; so now I can take up where I left and hopefully in the future I can retrieve the rest. Sam, if Mercury rules my eighth house, and it is the house of transformation and upheaval, insecurities manifesting, lack of control, etc…and it's retrograde and houses that it rules get "backed up" like you say, then might my eighth house issues actually slow down, and I get a reprieve from hectic unplanned dramas and traumas during this retrograde period?

Ah sam, the big shift and the difficulties with mis- communication or mis- understanding. I often speak before I think when emotionally engaged, however this Saturn-Libra aspect affecting my sense of sdoiing the right thing and staying with my principals although depression over the worlds affairs and the mis- treatment of the occupy movement`make me wish to vehemently express my views. I feel I should ask for guidance from higher sources at these times, contemplate my purpose here, mediatate on raising my vibrations, and if the tears come – let them. But let us acknowledge each step as a learning process and know that even in Mercury Retro ( in my second house in Pisces) we can make porgress.

I have been waiting( procrastinating??) 4 this retrograde with my mercury/sun cazimi Aquarius in my 2nd house n my libra Saturn in 10th:) I hope z Saturnic lack of enthusiasm with my lazy Taurean moon in 5th n mars with ketu in 11th will not stop me from actually penning down my planned writings… Any advice for me Sam….? I feel so low on energy n enthusiasm about the writing even if I need z money….! is that the Saturn effect I have to keep fighting against?

I also wanted to tell you that I listend to your Nakshatra tapes on my recent road trip OMG Im so blown away and inspired by all the depth, layers upon layers and details too. Wow, I couldn't imagine this to be such a GREAT presentation on the Nakshatra but it was. I shouleent have waited months to listen I hope I'm not sounding too over emotional about this but the tape was so increadible, I just cant say enough about it, I really loved it, one of your best! ever !.
